Yukti’s Pilot Session Brings Skill-Based Learning to Schools

India’s education system is steadily embracing innovative approaches that prepare students beyond textbooks, and Yukti’s recent pilot session is a strong example of this transformation. Designed as a school-integrated, project-based learning (PBL) ecosystem, Yukti focuses on hands-on activities that nurture problem-solving, creativity, and collaboration among students.

The free pilot session, conducted in Eastern Uttar Pradesh, brought together students from multiple classes to participate in engaging challenges such as designing paper-based engineering structures, team problem-solving, and creative thinking exercises. Divided into groups, students experienced first-hand the power of working together, experimenting, and learning by doing. What stood out was not only the excitement in the classroom but also the eagerness of students who asked, “Will you come again tomorrow?”—a testament to the program’s impact.

For schools, Yukti provides a progressive curriculum aligned with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020. With nearly 93% compliance, the model ensures schools are future-ready while also addressing the immediate need for skill-based education. By blending activity-based learning, healthy competition through leaderboards, and specially designed DIY kits, Yukti transforms classrooms into vibrant hubs of discovery and innovation.

Teachers observed higher levels of engagement, while principals appreciated how the program complemented traditional academics with practical exposure. The outcomes from the pilot reaffirmed that students not only enjoyed the process but also developed crucial 21st-century skills like critical thinking, communication, and teamwork.

The success of this pilot marks the beginning of Yukti’s journey to redefine school education. As the initiative expands, it aims to partner with schools across India, ensuring that every child has access to an environment where curiosity leads the way, and learning is both meaningful and joyful.
